Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every Customer and User of the Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings in the Terms of Service.

Customer and Users must not:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent activity;
• submit, upload, crawl, or process material in violation of privacy, data protection, confidentiality, intellectual-property, database, website access, or other applicable rights or restrictions;
• submit credentials for third-party sites or attempt to access non-public material without authorization;
• process special categories of personal data, criminal-conviction data, government identifiers, payment-card data, health data, or other highly sensitive data unless Company has agreed in writing to the use and safeguards;
• access or attempt to access an account, Workspace, system, or data without authorization;
• copy, export, scrape, harvest, mirror, or otherwise extract the Company Database except through expressly provided export features and within the permitted scope of the Terms;
• use repeated or systematic queries, automation, multiple accounts, or other means to reconstruct, republish, benchmark as a substitute for, or create a competing copy of all or a material part of the Company Database;
• reverse engineer, decompile, discover source code, or bypass technical, access, usage, export, or security controls, except to the limited extent a mandatory law expressly permits and cannot be waived;
• introduce malware, malicious code, or content designed to disrupt or compromise the Service or another party;
• overload, degrade, or disrupt the Service through abusive traffic, automation, denial-of-service activity, or crawling; or
• use Service results as the sole basis for a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects on a natural person.

Security research must be authorized by Company in writing and conducted within the agreed scope.

We may investigate suspected violations and preserve relevant evidence. We may rate-limit, restrict, suspend, or terminate affected access as described in the Terms. Where practicable, enforcement will be proportionate to the risk and limited to the affected User, feature, or Workspace.
